These are starter terms in plain English. They'll be finalised before public launch — until then, please treat Painted Tales as a preview.

Using Painted Tales

Painted Tales lets you create characters and generate hand-painted bedtime stories for your family. You're responsible for your account and for the content you add. Please only upload or describe people, pets and things you have the right to, and keep content appropriate for a children's product.

Your content

The characters and stories you create remain yours. By using the service you give us the permission needed to store that content and generate artwork from it so we can provide Painted Tales to you. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

The artwork

Story artwork is generated with AI image tools. While we work hard on quality and consistency, generated images can vary, and we can't guarantee a particular result. Generated books are for personal, family use.

Availability

Painted Tales is offered "as is" while in development. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We'll do our best to give notice of major changes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product grows. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
